Most orders received between Monday and Thursday ship within 24 hours. Orders received from Friday through Sunday ship on the following Monday (except for holidays observed by the shipping providers). Normal delivery times average 4–7 business days, however during periods of heavy freight demand (i.e.; just before and after holidays), we ask that you please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
Products may be shipped from our Rockville location, or from our warehouse in Arizona (point of origin depends upon supply on–hand and not proximity to your destination location). Products are transported to any destination point in the contiguous 48 United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground (for orders weighing >2 Kg) for a charge of $6.95.
NOTE: We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) for all P.O. box and APO/FPO destinations.
